The program consists of 4 main components:

Clients or Job Seekers will simply go to the website, click on the TERO Client Application tab and complete the on line form. Once it is successfully submitted, the TERO office will receive the completed form and process it. Upon approval, all TERO Clients will be given a login in which to access their applications to make necessary changes and additions.

TERO Business Network gives the TERO staff an instant snap shot of their Native Companies and Job Seekers so that when a job opening or business opportunity arises they can easily research View TERO Members on their profile page or Client Applications located in the TERO Contract Labor Manager whether working in the field or sitting at their desk.

This is a custom Labor Management Solution with extensive reporting capabilities and yet very easy to use. It is accessible only through a secure login. TERO’s juggle numerous projects, plans, tasks, and people. Having a program that helps keep you organized while planning and overseeing  contracts is invaluable.

Basically this component creates a Centralized Procurement System that can be utilized by all TERO, Tribal Purchasing, Tribal Enterprises, Native Companies as well as Publically held and Private Corporations, Universities, Local, State, and Federal Government Agencies. Anyone wishing to up load a business opportunity is welcomed!

The purpose of this feature is to expand economic opportunity to our member native owned companies and Tribal Enterprises.  When a bid is submitted a category(ies) must be selected. Once the bid is posted it will trigger an email notification to all members who have selected that category. And yes, bids can contain more than one category. When the member business receives the bid notifications, they can log into their account and review the opportunity.

We reach out to purchasing agencies that have HUB Diversity Purchasing Departments making them aware that they can utilize our RFP system or view our member business listings to satisfy minority purchasing quotas or set aside Indian Owned opportunities. Steering more business opportunity to Native Owned Companies is a major objective of this program.

Membership to the site is limited to only Native Owned Companies, Tribal Enterprises, and TERO.

This site was developed as a membership site to control what information would be accessible to random website visitors and what information would be privileged to members only. It’s very important to protect any information or opportunities posted on this site that are meant to remain within the TERO Business Network. All businesses, large or small, will find true value in joining the network through the many resources, opportunities, information, and marketing tools accessible to them within the site.

As Native Companies, Tribal Enterprises, and TERO’s  join, they are presented a dashboard in which to create their profile page. These micro site profile pages enable members to log in and change their content, skill categories, and information at any time using simple keystrokes. Content Management allows members to self maintain their own profile page. Each member is listed in the main directory on the home page and searchable by name or category. All micro sites offer unlimited content, picture slide, video integration, social media integration, company contacts, job postings, news, and Google map integration. Again, only members will have access to B2B and Business Opportunities posted on the site.

Event listings, Member Directories, News, General Information, and Job Postings will be accessible to all site visitors
